How does it work?
Every quarter we send you a case of wine (12 bottles) discounted at a 20% discount! It can be any selection of wine, mixed, matched, or just one kind!

How do I sign up?
Just fill out the basic information form below.

How do I pick which wines I would like?
After you fill out the basic information form, log onto our shopping cart. Pick a case (12 bottles), fill in your information, and we will do the rest. Just make sure you get a confrimation. Do not worry, it says at first you only are receiving a 10% discount; however, once we cross-reference we will apply the 20% savings when we process your order. Simple as that! Expect your wine in 5-10 days from when you placed your order.

Do I need to be aware of anything else?
The only catch is that if you cancel your membership (via phone or email) before the year is up we do charge a $25 cancellation fee. After the year is up and you have received four cases of wine you can cancel at anytime with no cost to you! Thanks!
